Northrop Grumman is seeking a novice level US Privacy Analyst to join our Insights & Intelligence team within the Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO)..

Insights and Intelligence leads the integrated analytics, AI, data and intelligence strategy for the company and our mission is to re-imagine decision making by bridging the gaps between organizations and connecting our business strategy to the right insights, analytics, and data.

As a US Privacy Analyst, you will report to the US Privacy Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, mitigation of business risk, and responsible handling of personal data. You will champion privacy principles and collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders by decomposing complex privacy concepts for translation and understanding across teams. You will leverage your knowledge of the regulatory environment and critical thinking skills to identify creative and effective solutions.

The primary location for this position is in Falls Church, VA

Primary Level Salary Range: $69,000.00 - $103,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
