We are looking for colleagues with a sense of humor, who consider themselves "builders", and who are excited to make an impact in a future-focused and fast paced environment. • *THE OPPORTUNITY:** NGEN is hiring a UL Listing Specialist to own the operational execution of UL and NRTL certification work streams across our critical power and cooling product portfolio. This is a role that sits at the heart of how we bring products to market, ensuring every certification project is moving, every documentation package is audit-ready, and every shipment is backed by complete and controlled compliance evidence. This role sits within our Supply Chain team and works closely with Engineering, Compliance and Risk (CAR), and our OEM partners in both China and the U.S. You will be the person who keeps certification programs on track, integrates compliance checkpoints into supplier onboarding and production readiness, and maintains the documentation infrastructure that protects NGEN, our customers, and our reputation. If you are someone who thrives in the details, knows how to navigate the UL certification process from submission to follow-up service, and can build productive relationships with manufacturing partners across time zones and cultures, this role is for you. • *YOUR MISSION: • Lead the end-to-end operational workflow for UL and NRTL certification projects: open projects, coordinate submissions, schedule testing and witnessing, manage follow-up service agreements, and track closure deliverables • Maintain the authoritative certification project tracker including certifier project IDs, UL file numbers, authorization pages, factory follow-up status, model and variant coverage notes, and renewal and maintenance actions • Coordinate sample logistics including export and import paperwork and schedules to ensure test timelines are met; escalate risks when lead times threaten launches or deliveries • Execute the operational workflow for UL Multiple Listing and private label programs: coordinate agreements, branding and model nomenclature accuracy, and directory updates with the listing holder and UL • Integrate UL and NRTL certification checkpoints into supplier onboarding and production readiness workflows, including evidence capture, labeling readiness, factory follow-up readiness, and traceability expectations • For China OEMs: coordinate with UL Asia Pacific offices for scheduling and follow-up service planning; ensure supplier readiness packages are complete including drawings, BOM snapshots, critical components lists, nameplate and labeling drafts, and manuals • For U.S. OEMs: coordinate domestic follow-up service visits and witness testing logistics; validate supplier certification posture as an operational input to onboarding decisions • Build and maintain certification evidence packages per product family including test reports, conditions of acceptability, authorization pages, critical component lists, labeling exemplars, and factory follow-up evidence stored in NGEN's controlled repository • Develop and maintain SOPs and checklists for certification operations covering what evidence is required, when it is required, where it is stored, and what triggers escalation • Partner with Supply Chain leadership to place operational holds on shipment release when required certification documentation is incomplete, and route to Engineering and CAR for disposition • Maintain a no-surprises escalation cadence: flag missing certification documents, pending follow-up inspections, and listing scope mismatches before they become shipment issues • Provide certification documentation for customer and AHJ requests including certificates, file numbers, authorization pages, and test reports where permitted • Support Sales by supplying existing certification artifacts for bids • Provide controlled certification documentation to Service and Field Ops teams • *YOU'L
