UI Architect / Lead Conversational AI & SaaS User Management Platforms
Location: Remote (Anywhere from India, WFH)

About the Role
[REDACTED] is seeking a seasoned UI Architect / Lead to drive the front-end design and implementation of two core platforms:
• A Conversational AI product (Q'Bot) with multi-channel, voice, and IWMS-integrated capabilities.
• A User Security Group and License Management SaaS platform for managing users, entitlements, token usage, and license analytics.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape responsive, secure, and scalable UIs, integrate with AWS and Identity Providers, and lead teams to deliver pixel-perfect and performance-optimized front-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
• Design and own the UI architecture for both AI-driven chatbot and SaaS user/license management platforms.
• Establish reusable component libraries using modern UI frameworks (ReactJS/NextJS preferred).
• Architect responsive, ADA-compliant, mobile-first UIs that are brand-customizable
Implementation & Integration
• Build customizable chatbot UI skins supporting themes, fonts, dark mode, and embedded views for IWMS portals and mobile apps.
• Enable multi-channel interfaces including web, mobile, Slack, MS Teams, and WhatsApp.
• Integrate AWS services like Cognito, Lex, Transcribe for MFA, STT, and voice interactions.
• Implement real-time dashboards for bot usage, license metrics, and audit logs.
Security & Compliance
• Implement secure login flows with MFA, RBAC, session timeouts, and re-authentication policies.
• Work closely with backend teams to enforce GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise-grade encryption standards.
• Create dashboards with role-based views for Product Admins, Customer Admins, and Users.
• Enable real-time reporting for bot engagement trends, license and token usage, and system approval workflows.
User Experience & Analytics
Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead UI development teams, mentor junior developers, and enforce code quality standards.
• Work with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, UX Designers, and DevOps to ensure end-to-end delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years in UI/UX engineering with at least 3 years in a lead/architect role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with AWS UI integration services: Cognito, Transcribe, Lex, Lambda.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, SSO, and IdP systems like Okta, AD, or AWS Cognito.
• Knowledge of conversational UI/UX principles, chatbot frameworks, and speech interface design.
• Experience in building dashboards, analytics tools, and admin consoles.
• Strong grasp of accessibility (ADA), responsive design, and multi-device testing.
• Experience with IWMS systems and facility management software integrations.
• Voice-first UI/UX experience (mobile, smart speakers, etc.).
• Prior work in SaaS multi-tenant environments with license management features.
