Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager – Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals to oversee and expand sales operations in Turkey. This is a remote, full-time contract role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the sale and application of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products, with a strong track record in client relationship management and market development within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for chemical products, including HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in coatings, painting, putty, tile adhesives, and mortar industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activity to remain competitive and proactive in the market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
- Proven success in managing key accounts and distributors, particularly within the Turkish market.
- In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
