We’re looking for a sharp, data‑driven, and technically curious Digital Analytics & Tracking Manager to help us push the boundaries of modern measurement. If you enjoy turning complex data flows into clean insights, building reliable tracking setups, and experimenting with automation and AI to make analytics smarter and faster, you’ll fit right in.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of web analytics, server‑side tracking, and emerging AI‑powered reporting workflows. You don’t need to be an engineer, but a strong technical mindset, a love for structured data, and confidence with digital tools will help you thrive.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in web analytics and tracking,
Very strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4,
Experience with server-side tracking (setup, debugging, logic),
Confident handling of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting,
Solid understanding of data structures, events, and data flows,
Interest in or experience with using AI for analytics and reporting,
German and English proficiency (B2).
