We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong Healthcare/Medicaid background to lead enterprise application delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and drive large-scale technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise healthcare applications from planning through production.
- Manage Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and technical resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices.
- Mentor teams, monitor performance, and support continuous process improvement.
- Oversee cloud-native application delivery and modern technology adoption.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Technical Delivery/Project Management.
- Strong experience in Healthcare, with Medicaid domain expertise.
- Experience managing enterprise software development and delivery teams.
- Good understanding of Cloud-Native Architecture, Microservices, NoSQL, and Enterprise Applications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior hands-on software development experience.
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Experience delivering large-scale healthcare modernization initiatives.
