The role involves full-cycle recruiting, building diverse candidate pipelines, and partnering with leadership to shape talent strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for consulting roles (sourcing through offer)
- Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and shape talent strategy
- Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines across the NYC market
- Engage candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and referrals
- Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Use tools (including AI) to improve sourcing, and efficiency
Skills
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting (consulting or financial services is a plus)
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
