What You’ll Work On
• Boundary and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
• Legal descriptions, easements, and title review
• Plats, exhibits, and mapping deliverables
• Survey support for development and renewable energy projects
• Multi-state project work (IL, WI, IA, IN, MO, AR and beyond)
What You Bring (Core Qualifications)
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of:
• Boundary surveys
• ALTA surveys
• Legal descriptions & easements
• Title review & real estate documentation
• Experience creating detailed plats, exhibits, and survey maps
• Working knowledge of the Public Land Survey System and BLM Manual
Tools & Technology
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with Trimble Business Center
• Familiarity with Trimble field equipment preferred
Professional Background
• 5–8+ years of experience in surveying (or more)
• Field crew experience is a plus—you understand both field and office workflows
• LSIT or PLS preferred, not required (multi-state licensure is a plus, not required)
• Open to career-driven early/new grad professionals pursuing licensure
