Strategic Alliance Partner Performance Manager

What You'll Do:

At Avalara, we're transforming how businesses manage tax compliance through technology and partner ecosystems. We're looking for a Partner Performance Manager to support the execution and ongoing evolution of our Partner Program. You will focus on driving high-quality partner engagement. It does so across Account Executives (AEs), Strategic Alliance Managers (SAMs), and Partners. The goal is to ensure the program is completed discipline, and measurable impact.

This is not a curriculum design role. Avalara has a dedicated Enablement function for structured training. Instead, you will operate directly within the partner motion — working shoulder to shoulder with revenue teams and partners to strengthen expectations, coach to the evolving partner plan, and ensure understanding with program standards.

You will work remotely and report to our VP, Strategic Alliances
