As founders of Medicine 3.0, under the leadership of Dr. Peter Attia, we are experiencing sustained and growing demand for this model of care. Our waitlist continues to expand, reflecting a clear and accelerating shift toward proactive, longevity-focused medicine.
We are expanding our physician team to meet sustained demand for care, building on a stable and growing group of clinicians within the practice.
Our approach to growth is deliberate. We are not scaling for volume. We are increasing access while preserving the standard that defines the practice.
We have built a physician team composed of exceptional clinicians who demonstrate intellectual rigor, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous learning. Many have developed within the practice over time, reinforcing continuity, cohesion, and trust in the model. This foundation is stable and performing.
This role is part of the next phase of that growth: extending access to patients who are already seeking care, while maintaining the precision, personalization, and consistency that define Early Medical.
Our objective is straightforward. Expand access without compromising quality, and continue to define what modern medicine should look like.
We expand our physician team by recruiting through a deliberate, cohort-based hiring and onboarding model—ensuring growth remains controlled, supported, and consistent with our standard of care. Our hiring cycles run through Q2 2027. Please indicate in your application which cohort (quarter) aligns with your anticipated availability to onboard.
Our cohort-based model ensures that each physician is onboarded into a fully supported, high-functioning clinical environment, maintaining consistency in both patient experience and clinical standards.
