Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Total Experience - 5+ years
Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow ITSM module
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs or Integration Hub
Proficiency in designing and configuring workflows and automations using Flow Designer
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and custom application development
Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) modules
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in time-sensitive environments
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in enhancing local IT experiences using ServiceNow automation is an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
Build and manage integrations with external systems
Develop and configure workflows and automations using Flow Designer
Customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Support testing, UAT, and production deployments
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Continuously enhance system performance and user experience through improvements and automation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
