The Senior Manager will work collaboratively with Analytics, Finance, and Paid Media teams to deliver critical analysis, strategic support, and reporting of media plans and budgets across domestic and international territories.Candidates will need to distill business trends and performance indicators into decisions that drive marketing investment. The role will include assessing factors impacting resource allocations around the globe and considering which countries should have heavier investments versus less. Critical metric trend analysis and forecasts will aim to provide operational teams and executive management a snapshot into expected financial performance and serve as the basis for ad-hoc scenario analysis.We are looking for a diligent candidate with a strong analytical, statistical modeling, and reporting background and experience in direct-to-consumer digital marketing. The right candidate will have a strong interest in financial modeling and statistics.The pace and cadence for change at DSS necessitates an ability to lead multiple projects, collaborate with multiple partners, and work with speed.The individual should be able to expertly present sophisticated financial concepts in front of senior leadership and influence the direction of growth marketing investment.This role is open to remoteResponsibilities: Basic Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: The hiring range for this position in New York, NY and Seattle, Washington is $159,500 to $213,900 per year and Los Angeles, CA is $152,200 to $204,100 per year and Orlando, FL is $145,000 to $194,400 per year and San Francisco, CA is $166,800 to $223,600 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
