Now we are looking for an exceptional Sr HR Business Development Analyst to help us bring My Big 3 to organizations around the world. The Opportunity This isn't a traditional business development role. We are looking for a highly connected, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven business development leader who understands the HR ecosystem and already has meaningful relationships with corporate decision-makers such as: • Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) • Chief People Officers • VP of Human Resources • Heads of Employee Experience • Wellness Leaders • Benefits Leaders • Learning & Development Leaders • Talent Development Executives You will help introduce My Big 3 to organizations seeking innovative solutions to improve employee wellbeing, focus, and performance. You will also play a key role in securing sponsors and enterprise customers for our flagship initiative: The 21-Day Focus Challenges This challenge, presented by My Big 3, helps employees build a simple daily focus ritual that reduces overwhelm and improves intentional execution. We believe it can become one of the most impactful corporate wellness challenges in the market. You will help make that happen. What You Will Do • Develop and execute business development strategy focused on HR and wellness buyers • Leverage your network to secure warm introductions to enterprise decision-makers • Build strategic partnerships with corporations, wellness providers, and HR platforms • Generate sponsorship opportunities and create sales collateral for the 21-Day Focus Challenge • Identify and close corporate licensing opportunities for My Big 3 • Lead outreach, discovery calls, presentations, and deal negotiations • Create our pitch deck/presentation, and help refine our enterprise sales messaging and value proposition • Collaborate directly with founder and leadership team on growth strategy • Provide market intelligence and feedback from buyers What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is a rare combination of strategic thinker, trusted relationship builder, and elite dealmaker. You likely have: • 4+ years of business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or strategic account experience • Significant experience selling into HR, People, Benefits, Wellness, or Learning organizations • Existing network of HR leaders and corporate decision-makers • Strong executive presence and communication skills • Ability to open doors and create trust quickly • Experience negotiating enterprise or strategic partnership deals • Strong consultative selling skills • Passion for wellness, human performance, or the future of work Bonus points if you have experience in: • HR technology • Corporate wellness • Employee engagement platforms • Benefits consulting • SaaS partnerships • Startup growth environments Who Will Thrive Here You will thrive in this role if you are someone who: • Loves building from 0 to 1 • Gets excited about mission-driven work • Can operate independently with minimal oversight • Knows how to sell value, not features • Believes better focus can change lives • Wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up This is ideal for someone who wants more than just another quota-carrying role. Help us develop new business and close deals with new customers. Depending on experience and structure preference, compensation may include one or more of the following: • Project-based compensation • Competitive hourly consulting rate • Monthly retainer • Commission on closed deals • Performance-based bonuses • Long-term upside opportunities We are open to structuring compensation around the right person.
