The Solution Architect is responsible for developing technically sound and commercially viable infrastructure solutions in support of sales opportunities. The role focuses on applying established reference architectures, standards, and design principles to customer requirements while ensuring alignment with Vertiv’s portfolio, delivery capabilities, and commercial objectives.
The Solution Architect operates within defined architectural guardrails and collaborates closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver consistent, high-quality Power and Thermal solutions efficiently.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Sales with technical input during customer engagements, presentations, and clarifications
Identify deviations from standard architectures and escalate when required
Support smooth handover of solutions into execution phases
Support validation against applicable standards (e.g. Tier intent, redundancy philosophy)
