Job Description:
• Build and run the full social growth strategy with AI-powered trend analysis, content systems, and real-time optimization
• Execute high-velocity growth hacker tactics daily
• Turn every piece of content into acquisition using AI for ideation, production, scheduling, distribution, and analytics
• Track and hit clear KPIs: follower growth, engagement rate, and trader conversion
• Develop and test multiple content formats across platforms (short-form video, threads, memes, charts, educational content, etc.)
• Identify repeatable viral content formats and scale them
• Propose, build, launch, measure, and iterate initiatives with heavy AI and automation
Requirements:
• 3–6+ years managing or growing social media accounts for a brand, startup, or creator
• Demonstrated experience growing social accounts significantly (followers, engagement, or reach)
• Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Experience growing fintech, trading, or crypto audiences (Bonus Points)
• Experience scaling accounts past 100K+ or 500K+ followers (Bonus Points)
• Experience building AI-driven or agentic workflows for content creation, research, or distribution (Bonus Points)
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or trading communities (Bonus Points)
