Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, intuitive, and highly organized
Social Media Virtual Assistant to support a transformational coach specializing
in nervous system regulation, somatic practices, grief support, and life
transitions.
The ideal candidate will help increase online visibility,
strengthen audience engagement, and support the development of authentic,
calming, and trust-centered content across social media platforms, primarily
Instagram and LinkedIn.
This role is ideal for someone who understands wellness,
coaching, mindfulness, emotional healing, or holistic lifestyle brands and can
communicate with empathy and emotional intelligence.
Scope of Work:
Social
Media Management
Assist
in planning and organizing content calendars
Schedule
and publish content across social media platforms
Maintain
consistent online visibility and posting cadence
Monitor
content performance and recommend improvements

Create
graphics and visual assets using Canva
Edit
short-form videos, reels, and Instagram content
Repurpose
existing photos, videos, and content assets
Maintain
a calm, authentic, and emotionally grounded brand aesthetic

stronger calls-to-action and engagement strategies
Identify
