Role Overview
As a Service Technician (m/f/d) in the field in the region Leipzig/Dresden, you will be the central point of contact for our B2B customers around our professional coffee machines. You will ensure the smooth operation of our customers' machines through installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair. You will also provide customer advice on optimal machine settings and manage spare parts inventory.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include installation, commissioning, and removal of existing equipment, analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults, customer advice on optimal machine settings, self-managed management of spare parts inventory, and documentation of service activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone who brings technical knowledge and service orientation, as well as good IT and system knowledge, especially in MS Office. You should have high customer and service orientation, as well as an independent working style. Willingness to travel within the region and a valid driving license are also required.
Requirements
- Completed training in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
