Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall strategic planning, development, and launch of the Web3 Wallet product while ensuring alignment with Binance's overall business strategy
- Initiate, specify, and manage functional requirements for wallet features, enhancements and bug fixes
- Manage the entire lifecycle of wallet products, including requirement analysis, product design, development, testing, launch, and iteration
- Track and analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously optimize the product experience
- Collaborate closely with technical, design, and security teams to ensure product development progress and quality
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the blockchain and digital assets industry and understand the competitive landscape of Web3 Wallet applications
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international laws and regulations that pertain to our operating industries
- Define, track, and improve key product metrics to enhance user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industry
- Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 Wallet design, and digital asset market trends
- Over 3 years of product management experience, with a preference for experience in blockchain, wallet or blockchain browser
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized applications (DApps), understanding concepts such as smart contracts, DeFi, and NFTs
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environment
- Fluent in English; multiple language skills would be a bonus
