Position Overview
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to become an integral part of our Supply Chain Analytics team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building meaningful reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs), and innovative visualizations that empower the organization to make data-driven decisions. As the central point of contact for generating actionable insights, you'll drive continuous improvements and enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and agility of our supply chain as it scales to support our ambitious global projects.

What You'll Do

- Build Comprehensive Dashboards: Create concise, compelling, and action-driven data visualization dashboards to generate insights and guide decision-making across the Supply Chain team. Your visualizations will empower leadership to make informed strategic choices that directly impact operational performance.
- Develop Advanced SQL Solutions: Write complex SQL queries for reporting and key ad-hoc data requests. You'll develop modular, tested code that can be maintained and extended by other professionals, ensuring scalability and long-term reliability of our analytics infrastructure.
- Design and Maintain ETL Processes: Create and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines, which includes identifying relevant data sources, writing custom SQL queries, validating data against source applications, and making adjustments according to evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with partners and business leaders to gather requirements and translate complex business questions into intelligent KPIs and meaningful analysis that drive real business value.
- Drive Process Improvements: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive upstream process, systems, and data engineering improvements that enhance overall data quality and accessibility across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

- SQL Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries that are optimized with thorough QA checks. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and optimizing query performance.
- Database Knowledge: A solid understanding of relational databases and database engineering concepts. Experience building ETL pipelines is a significant plus.
