We're seeking a talented Senior Statistics Architect to lead the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VoC) program.

About the Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how we capture, process, and derive insights from customer feedback. You'll work closely with product owners, subject matter experts from our survey technology partners, and agile development teams to build robust data architecture that powers critical business decisions.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the development and maintenance of our innovative Voice of the Customer technology platform, sourced from our cornerstone systems and integrated with our survey and dashboard infrastructure.
