About the Role:
The Senior SEO & Web Specialist is responsible for leading and executing UniGroup’s SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and website content initiatives across all UniGroup-owned brands. This role owns SEO and GEO content strategy while also serving as the hands-on executor within the CMS, ensuring search strategy translates into high-quality, optimized web experiences.
This position blends deep SEO and GEO expertise with strong WordPress execution skills, including building and maintaining pages using Gutenberg blocks and reusable patterns. You will partner closely with Brand, Creative, Marketing Technology, Analytics, IT, Sales, Operations, and business leaders to ensure content and search strategies support business goals, customer experience, and operational realities.
