As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of our AirPods product line, working closely with our engineering partners to improve software and hardware. You will leverage your expertise to qualify features, identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the development of our testing strategies and methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate Bluetooth headsets and underlying technologies
- Create and run tests to ensure an exceptional customer experience with Apple products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test new features, regress critical areas, and drive issue resolution
- Identify, reproduce, and isolate bugs in automated, structured, and open types of testing
- Utilize defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) to manage and prioritize testing efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on audio technologies and/or wireless technologies
- Proven experience with hardware and/or software development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and drive testing goals
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test automation frameworks
