Dave is a financial app on a mission to build products that level the financial playing field. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, MarTech to lead the product strategy, implementation, and scaling of our Marketing Technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MarTech and Product Management (preferably in a high-volume B2C technology-driven environment, fintech experience is a plus)
- Deep Martech domain expertise with hands-on experience across analytics and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Braze, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar), including a strong command of iOS tracking and measurement frameworks such as SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
- Cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of aligning diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and external partners.
- Executive-ready communicator, able to simplify complex data and influence C-suite leaders, regulators, and network partners.
- Analytical hunter mindset with strong judgment - expert in SQL and data analysis (Python/R a plus), able to cut through noise in complex data to surface insights and drive decisive action.
- AI-driven curiosity - fluent in applying AI to real product work beyond the basics (e.g., idea generation, data analysis, workflow automation), with the instinct to make teams and leaders smarter through creative AI use cases.
- Technical curiosity and fluency; a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus.
