Role Purpose
The Senior National Account Manager will own and accelerate Dose’s retail business across key strategic accounts — notably Sprouts Farmers Market— while leading new business development within Mass and Conventional channels. This role blends commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and operational excellence to drive retail growth, optimize profitability, and strengthen Dose’s presence within high-potential banners.
What You’ll Do:
Retail Account Leadership
Lead the joint business plan and day-to-day relationship with Sprouts, Dose’s flagship retail partner
Drive distribution, velocity, and promotional performance across all SKUs in key accounts
Lead key business relationships retailers including HEB, Wegmans, United, Vitamin Shoppe
Present category insights, post-promo analysis, and shopper data to influence buyer decisions.
Manage all aspects of the business including promotional planning, new item set-up, retail pricing, and execution excellence.
Distributor Management
Act as the primary liaison with KeHE to ensure flawless supply.
Monitor distributor inventory, replenishment, and deduction activity; partner with internal operations to resolve issues.
Channel Expansion & New Business Development
Pursue growth opportunities within Conventional and Mass channels.
Build compelling sell-stories, category opportunity sizing, and competitive benchmarks.
Support new retail launches with forecasting, trade spend planning, and in-store activation strategy.
Data Analytics & Performance Insights
Own account-level analytics for sales, distribution, velocity, and promo ROI across SPINS, and internal dashboards.
Translate syndicated data and retailer POS into actionable strategies that improve rate of sale and shelf productivity.
Partner with Finance to model forecast scenarios and evaluate trade spend returns at both distributor and retailer level.
Cross-Functional and External Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
Lead the relationship with Brokers and execution support agencies.
Qualifications & Experience
Required: 7+ years of CPG experience managing retail accounts within, supplements, or wellness categories.
Preferred: Proven success managing both Sprouts Farmers Market and KeHE relationships. Experience launching or scaling brands within Mass or Conventional channels.
Required: Strong command of retail metrics and syndicated data tools (SPINS, Excel).
Demonstrated ability to build data-led narratives for buyers and drive profitable growth.

In-Office Expectations
We work flexibly — but connection matters. This is a remote role, likely with 1-2x annual travel to Miami for team sessions, offsites, or company events. Occasional travel may also come up for conferences or panels.

We believe in pay transparency and fairness — your compensation should reflect your impact, experience, and growth potential.
Total compensation includes:
Base Salary: $105,000 – $114,000 (depending on experience, location, and skills)
Performance Bonus: Based on company + individual goals
Final pay will depend on your background, expertise, and where you live.
