ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategic vision for LVT’s most critical value drivers: Intelligence and Ecosystem Delivery. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will bridge the gap between high-level organizational goals and technical execution across our Prevent, Respond, and Recover pillars. You are the architect of a seamless user journey—ensuring that our Edge and Cloud AI analytics translate into rapid alert management and forensic search capabilities that solve real-world problems.

This role offers the flexibility of being based at our Headquarters in American Fork, UT; Seattle, WA; or based Remotely in the United States. Occasional travel to HQ or client sites may be required to maintain alignment and deep-market intimacy.

COMPENSATION

The beginning annual salary range for this role is $240,000.00 - $319,200.00 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.
