Role Overview
The Senior Director, AI Systems will serve as the strategic and technical cornerstone of our Core AI Agentic Development Team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all AI development in production and ensuring that our multi-agent systems deliver tangible value in optimizing healthcare revenue lifecycles.
What You Will Do
Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, lead architecture decisions for large-scale, production-grade agentic systems, partner with product leadership to shape the AI roadmap, and oversee end-to-end delivery and performance of AI systems in production.
