Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional utility teams to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, cleanse, and store VoC data from the cornerstone survey platform.
- Build and evolve data models that support advanced statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and real‑time dashboards.
- Leverage big‑data technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Python, PySpark) to enable high‑performance batch and streaming analytics.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks to guarantee data quality, accuracy, and compliance with careerzynith’s data governance standards.
- Partner with product owners, data scientists, and agile delivery teams to prioritize feature development and ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools (Hive, Spark, MapReduce) and Python/PySpark for data processing.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing data models for large‑scale analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data warehousing concepts, and ETL best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile environment, delivering incremental value in two‑week sprints.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving complex data pipeline issues.
