Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain a robust, scalable data ecosystem that supports the VoC analytics workflow. This is a remote‑first position based in Bosnia & Herzegovina, offering a competitive hourly rate of $35 and a flexible work model. You will collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and agile delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that are reliable, performant, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Platform Architecture: Design and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines using Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, Hive, and Python to ingest, process, and store survey data from multiple sources.
- Model Development: Build and maintain robust data models that enable standardized metric definitions and support advanced analytics, including batch and real‑time processing.

Essential Qualifications
