In this role, you'll serve as a central point of excellence for visual storytelling and internal communications within our Technology division. You'll support a global team of over 9,000 technologists who are transforming how our organization leverages technology to drive business success. Your work will directly impact how leaders communicate with their teams, how employees feel connected to our mission, and how our culture comes alive through compelling content and design.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Corporate Communications and Visual Design Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to blend your creative expertise with strategic communications. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead Executive Communications: Write, design, capture, and edit communications from senior leadership to all partners, including announcements, webcasts, video scripts, commentary, and other strategic communications as needed.
- Create Compelling Visual Content: Design graphics for use in emails, intranet pages, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and other digital and physical assets that align with our brand guidelines.
- Produce Video Content: Shoot and edit videos for internal channels, including executive messages, event highlights, and organizational announcements.
- Support Recognition Programs: Assist in preparing and executing submissions for partner recognition through our organization's leadership award programs.
- Measure & Optimize: Support measurement and data management practices to improve the effectiveness of partner communications and ensure continuous improvement.
- Engage Through Surveys: Create and manage surveys and reporting for town halls, leadership discussions, and roundtables, gathering valuable insights to inform communication strategies.
- Manage Email Communications: Oversee email distributions to partners, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging content delivery.
- Coordinate Events: Support planning, communications, and logistics for town halls and global leadership events that bring our organization together.
- Presentation Support: Provide graphic and content creation support for town halls and key presentations by leadership.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Support the broader Partner Communications team through design and delivery of content on the company intranet and other communications channels, including research, visual design, writing, and editing as needed.
What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing abilities with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.
- Visual Design Expertise: Solid graphic design and typography skills with experience creating both digital and physical assets.
- Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
- Video Production Skills: Experience capturing and editing short-form videos and webcast content.
- Brand Guideline Mastery: Proven ability to execute brand guidelines and propose compelling, effective campaign concepts across digital, traditional, and experiential mediums.
- Content Management Systems: Experience with intranet and content management systems.
- Project Management Excellence: Outstanding project management expertise, collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse internal stakeholders.
- Multi-tasking Capability: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Judgment: Exceptional judgment and a proven track record of developing and executing programs that drive measurable results.
