Key Responsibilities:
- Perform batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate
- Develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring the highest level of service to our customers
- Supervise and control intricate networks and applications, operating distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify career paths and drive personal and professional development
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Mainframe Operations
- Proven ability to manage production operating system resource availability, monitor production operating systems and devices, and perform root cause analysis and resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
