As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing workforce activities, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize business performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Task Groups of Experts and various stakeholders to address and resolve concerns related to workforce activities in the field.
- Perform data gathering tasks, integration, and develop solutions, project/process planning, and data utilization to drive business outcomes.
- Generate reports for teams and leadership to review and use, and convey presentations to groups and executive leaders and sponsors.
- Build skills and knowledge including self-improvement, team knowledge, and client (internal) information to stay ahead of the curve.
- Direct and guide a work bunch, assigning and reviewing work, training, and contributing to performance analysis.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a field of study connected to the job, or equivalent experience.
- Strong quantitative abilities, including statistics and data analysis.
- Experience driving high-performing teams and consulting management and/or project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong tasks, retail, and/or field knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- 3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Store insight and/or ASDS experience.
