Job Description:
• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
• Manage project delivery and ensure timelines are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on objectives
• Track project progress and report on key metrics
• Resolve dependencies and blockers hindering project progress
• Support teams in Agile best practices and methodologies
• Contribute to project planning and resource allocation
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and aggressive delivery timelines.
• Strong experience with: Sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Agile delivery tracking, velocity, and burndown reporting
• Dependency management and blocker resolution
• Backlog management and delivery reporting
• Cross-functional team coordination
• Experience supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.
• Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
• Experience with large-scale application or database migration programs.
