Responsibilities
- Identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for Account Executives
- Qualification of all inbound and outbound leads via phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns
- Establishing high performance and strong representation of SAP Concur Core Values
- Reporting to a Sales Development Manager who values in-the-moment coaching and autonomy
- Owning territory as if running a business
- Building knowledge of SAP Concur’s product offerings, competitors, and customer outcomes
- Confidently overcoming objections and challenges in prospecting
- Effectively communicating Concur’s value propositions to key decision makers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with sales and marketing teams through clear communication
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, conversations of value, etc.)
- Engaging with leads through various channels such as phone, Drift chat, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns
- Leveraging digital assets and employing a multi-channel approach to maximize effectiveness using advanced tools
- Participating in development programs such as leadership development and sales readiness programs
- Having opportunities to be recognized and celebrated by peers and leaders
Skills
- 1-3 years of professional experience, or a post-secondary degree or certification
- Ability to identify and create new qualified opportunities for Account Executives
- Qualification of all inbound and outbound leads via phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns
- Strong representation of SAP Concur Core Values
- Ability to build knowledge of SAP Concur's product offerings, competitors, and customer outcomes
