We are looking for a Sales Development Representative for the European market who is passionate about challenges and eager to grow within a fast-scaling international company.
Lead Prospecting: Actively identify and contact potential clients using strategies such as cold calling and personalized campaigns.
Lead Qualification: Qualify potential customers and schedule strategic meetings for the sales team.
Relationship Management: Reactivate inactive leads, build long-lasting relationships, and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement lead generation strategies for existing and new markets.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on sales opportunities, challenges, and performance.
Presentations: Conduct presentations for potential clients, highlighting BIGhub’s solutions.
Education: High school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in prospecting, cold calling, and sales, with a proven track record.
Languages: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese,Spanish and English (written and oral). French will be a plus.
Technology: Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar (preferred).
Skills: Clear communication, adaptability, organization, strong results orientation, and a commitment to personal and professional development in a fast-paced environment.
