Independent Sales Representative, Dental Laser Technology Seattle, WA | Portland, OR Remote, 100% Commission, Field-Based Territory Role A well-established dental technology company is expanding its national Sales team in the Seattle/Portland area. This role offers the opportunity to represent a proven, first-of-its-kind laser technology for treating periodontal disease. Top performers succeed through an entrepreneurial approach, strong clinical relationships, and the ability to drive capital equipment sales in a competitive market. Key Highlights • Represent a successful laser technology used in periodontal therapy • Capital equipment sales with uncapped earning potential • Remote and Local to: Seattle, WA or Portland, OR • Full ownership of a high-demand territory • Non-exclusive opportunity, ability to keep your current role while building this territory • Strong fit for driven dental sales professionals who excel in consultative selling Responsibilities • Drive revenue by selling dental laser equipment and the associated clinical training protocol • Achieve or exceed sales targets through disciplined prospecting, demos, and closing • Grow adoption by developing long-term clinical relationships across the territory • Support practice onboarding and provide continued follow-up • Deliver presentations at study clubs, trade shows, and dental society events • Manage pipeline activity, forecasts, and documentation in Salesforce CRM • Maintain an organized and proactive approach to territory management Qualifications • 5 years of successful dental sales experience, capital equipment preferred • Established relationships across dental practices and specialties • Proven ability to manage a full consultative sales cycle • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory Role Structure This position is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
