This role focuses on identifying and converting new business opportunities through cold outreach and introducing plan sponsors to their bundled retirement plan services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate leads and build a strong pipeline
- Qualify prospects and lead discovery conversations with HR, finance, and executive decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal advisors and operations to scope and propose plan solutions
- Track pipeline and maintain CRM discipline for accurate forecasting
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity goals
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of B2B or financial services sales experience
- Comfortable cold-calling and initiating conversations with decision-makers
- High energy, coachable, and persistent with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with CRMs and standard productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
- Desire to grow into a senior sales or account management role
- Retirement industry experience is a plus
