We create distinctive, thoughtfully engineered products that solve real-world problems while bringing joy, functionality and style into the home.    Headquartered in London, we are a globally recognised, design-led housewares brand present in over 100 countries, with partnerships across leading department stores, independent retailers and e-commerce platforms.    We are now looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the Benelux region (Netherlands, Luxembourg & Belgium), a key market within our European growth strategy. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of sales, trade marketing and commercial performance. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will define and execute the market strategy and drive sustainable growth across multiple channels.  What you will be doing: Own and deliver the Benelux growth strategy across retail, e-commerce and distributor channels  Drive sustainable growth through new product launches, category expansion and increased distribution  Take full responsibility for P&L performance, optimising revenue and margin delivery  Build and develop senior-level relationships with key partners including department stores such as Bijenkorf and leading retailers across the region  Identify and unlock new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships  Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts  Drive best-in-class in-store execution and trade marketing initiatives  Provide market and consumer insights to influence product development at HQ  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in London  Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and scalability  What we need from you: Proven track record of delivering commercial growth within a premium consumer goods or retail environment  Strong experience managing P&L including revenue, margin and cost control  Strong understanding of the Benelux retail landscape and key accounts  Experience across multiple channels including retail, e-commerce and distributors  Excellent commercial, negotiation and influencing skills  Strong analytical skills including forecasting and planning  Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships  Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial and results-driven  Excellent communication skills  Fluent in English and Dutch (Belgian and/or French advantageous)  What you will get from us: Competitive salary and bonus structure  High level of ownership and autonomy within your market  Opportunity to shape a key European region  Exposure to international leadership and strategy  Career development within a fast-growing global brand  Staff discount and benefits including training, recognition schemes and volunteer days
