Sales Associate, Account Management

Mastercard is a global technology company that powers economies and empowers people through digital payment solutions. The Sales Associate in Account Management will support Account Managers and Team Leads by analyzing business metrics, developing sales strategies, and coordinating customer events to enhance business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Institutions (FI) Partnerships team in their everyday functions (account analysis and plans, executive briefs, key initiatives tracking, project management, planning of meetings/QBRs)
• Support Team Leads in formation and tracking of key strategic initiatives
• Analyze customers’ existing business through data analytics, competitive analysis and recommend opportunities for additional revenue
• Develop and report on sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with the product development and account management teams
• Develop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across business lines
• Assist in coordination of customer events & functions (meeting coordination, customer events, etc.)
• Manage process around compliance, asset allocation, Franchise Management support, Salesforce.com maintenance and reporting
