Job Overview:

The Retail Territory Manager in Training is responsible for overseeing and driving sales and operational performance within a designated geographic area in the convenience store industry. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with store owners and managers, ensuring product availability, and promoting brand growth and customer satisfaction. The Retail Territory Manager in Training will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to implement sales strategies, provide support, and ensure the smooth operation of all accounts within the assigned region. Travel is required for this position!
