The Retail Area Manager oversees the performance of multiple retail stores within the Western Pennsylvania market. This role is responsible for driving sales, operational excellence, and consistent customer experience across all locations.
You’ll work closely with store leadership to develop teams, improve store performance, and ensure strong execution of company standards. This role requires regular travel between stores and a hands-on leadership presence in the field.
