Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to neighbor inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding store services, product availability, loyalty programs, and promotional offers.
- Partner with store teams and field management to resolve neighbor complaints efficiently, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Document each interaction in the CRM system, capturing details of the inquiry, resolution steps, and follow‑up actions.
- Generate regular reports on inquiry volume, response times, and resolution rates to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications
