They are seeking a VP of Client Success & Growth to lead enterprise opportunities and strategic account leadership while shaping the direction of major global accounts.
Responsibilities
- Spend 75% of your time actively seeking new enterprise opportunities and mapping out expansion pathways within existing high-level accounts
- Dedicate 25% to strategic account leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for massive, multi-divisional accounts
- Lead a deeply integrated team of execution specialists by providing strategic direction and actionable feedback
- Own the ultimate success of every campaign and approach every decision as if Ruvixx were your own business
- Question assumptions and take a proactive approach to solving complex client pain points
Skills
- 10+ years in marketing/account management
- Strong business development experience
- Enterprise stakeholder management
- Language: English (C2 - Full Professional required)
- 10+ years of proven experience in marketing, account management, and strategic growth
- Demonstrated ability to command the room with enterprise stakeholders and drive business development
- Deep understanding of marketing philosophies, systems, and modern data frameworks
- A proactive approach to mapping out account expansions and identifying untapped client needs
- Experience turning strategic vision into world-class execution by guiding internal teams
- Experience developing true, scalable data frameworks for sustainable, measurable campaigns
