Sundance Partners is seeking a Vice President of Business Development who will be responsible for driving enterprise growth through strategic business development and executive relationship management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, strengthening strategic relationships, and aligning business development initiatives with the company's long-term objectives.

- Coordinate enterprise business development activities across multiple business units
- Promote collaboration between commercial and operational teams

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- MBA or other advanced graduate degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, commercial strategy, enterprise sales leadership, corporate strategy, or related executive functions
- Experience leading enterprise business development initiatives within complex organizations
- Demonstrated success developing executive-level customer and partner relationships
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial leadership, financial acumen, and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide collaboration
- Experience supporting executive leadership on long-term growth strategy and organizational planning
- Experience in technology, financial technology (FinTech), financial services, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical technology organizations
- Experience leading enterprise business development, strategic account management, commercial strategy, market expansion, or revenue growth initiatives
- Background managing executive customer relationships, strategic partnerships, and enterprise commercial programs
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, business intelligence tools, market analysis, sales performance reporting, forecasting, and executive dashboards
- Experience supporting national or global business operations within rapidly growing organizations
