- Strong New Business Development and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including market analysis, forecasting, and strategic roadmap development
- Experience in Contract Negotiation, with the ability to structure agreements that balance risk and reward
- Effective Account Management skills to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Leadership experience in business development or sales at a senior level, preferably in a growth-oriented organization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and make data-informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and performance analytics
