[Remote] Unifier and Web Services Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radiant Digital provides IT solutions and consulting services to various government agencies and businesses. They are seeking an experienced Unifier and Web Services Administrator to support and enhance Oracle Primavera Unifier while leading modernization efforts for integrated web applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version 26.6 and above)
• Configure and maintain business processes, data views, user-defined reports, and BI custom print reports
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and implement corrective actions
• Provide first-level technical support to application administrators
• Maintain and enhance existing ASP.NET/VB.NET applications supporting the reservation portal and Bureau of Buildings project listing pages
• Develop and modernize web applications using .NET Core and C#
• Upgrade existing reservation application from .NET Core 8 to .NET Core 10
• Develop applications using ASP.NET, Razor Pages, and Blazor
• Design, maintain, and optimize SQL databases
• Configure and administer IIS and Windows Server environments
• Ensure application security, database security, privacy, and compliance
• Produce technical documentation and perform knowledge transfer
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and contractors while meeting project deadlines
• Participate in occasional after-hours testing, deployments, and patching activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of direct experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier, including Version 26
• 7+ years of application development experience using multiple programming languages
• 5+ years of database design and administration experience
• 5+ years of experience with application security, database security, privacy, and compliance
• Advanced experience with: C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Blazor, Razor Pages, SQL and relational databases, Oracle SQL, MySQL, Microsoft IIS, Visual Studio (including Visual Studio 2026 version 18.7.2)
• Proficiency administering Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025
• Strong technical documentation and knowledge transfer experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience with Drupal CMS (Versions 10 and 11)
• Experience publishing web applications from Visual Studio to IIS
• Experience developing public-facing web applications integrated with enterprise systems
