Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Test Diagnosis & Systems Triage Analysis professional. The role focuses on validating autonomous driving systems through test case creation, execution, and analysis of results.
Responsibilities
- Experience in Autonomous Driving related systems /software validation engineering including understanding requirement, creation of test cases / test scenarios, executing test cases and doing analysis of pass / fail analysis
- Proficiency in navigating complex system architectures
- Ability to parse execution traces, decipher deep system error messages, and analyze raw log data to pinpoint the exact configuration gap or "culprit code commit" responsible for a regression
- Able to read a test specification or study a scenario and intuitively grasp the testing intent
- Able to understand how discrete software modules, simulated physics, and boolean metric structures interact to define edge cases and failure tolerances
- Exceptional technical communication skills
- Able to translate vague system failures into precise, objective, and data-driven defect reports
- Effective communication of complex behavioral anomalies to upstream software engineering teams without ambiguity
- High cognitive endurance for repetitive analytical tasks
- The ability to spot subtle configuration drifts or macro-level failure patterns across large datasets and high-volume testing pipelines without losing attention to minute details
Skills
- 4-year bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent technical experience
- 3-year degrees paired with relevant experience in Software QA, Tier 3 Technical Support, or Systems Administration
- Experience in Autonomous Driving related systems/software validation engineering including understanding requirement, creation of test cases / test scenarios, executing test cases and doing analysis of pass / fail analysis
