They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee product development, ensuring effective communication across teams and prioritization of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product delivery roadmap
- Prioritise work in collaboration with leadership, engineering and Customer Success
- Manage Jira and help coordinate development and support workloads
- Work with customers and our customer-facing team to understand, document and clarify requirements
- Break down requirements into clear, actionable work for the development team
- Track delivery, remove blockers and help ensure projects stay on schedule
- Help improve the way we plan, prioritise and deliver product enhancements as the business grows
Skills
- Experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Delivery Management or Product Management
- Communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
- Is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions
- Understands how software is built, even if you're not an engineer
- Can balance customer needs with technical realities
- Is proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Hospitality technology or hotel distribution platforms
- Property Management Systems, booking engines or channel managers
- Payment platforms or payment integrations
- Working across engineering, product, sales and customer success teams in a growing SaaS business
- Product management within the hotel technology industry
