They are seeking a results-driven Tech Sales Manager to expand their client base and drive revenue growth by selling engineering services and AI-powered product development. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT and software development sector Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients — from early-stage startups to enterprise-level partners Present and promote Bolder Apps’ services, including staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and end-to-end engineering solutions Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring win–win outcomes for both clients and the company Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction Track KPIs, maintain an accurate pipeline, prepare sales reports, and provide reliable revenue forecasts Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to refine sales approaches Skills Experience in tech sales Understanding of technical concepts Ability to convert conversations into deals Experience selling SaaS, agency services, consulting, financial services, real estate, or recruiting Sharp written communication skills Ability to maintain composure under pressure Ability to read people and adjust sales approach accordingly Ability to coordinate well across a team Process discipline Comfortable with 1099 + commission-only structure Ability to pick things up fast and talk credibly about AI agents, LLMs, product engineering, scoping trade-offs, and pricing models U.S.-based and available for U.S. working hours Benefits Uncapped commission.
