Responsibilities

- Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Maintain effective classroom management and student discipline
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and grading documentation
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety guidelines, and educational standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid state teaching license or eligibility to obtain certification
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented educational environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Entry-level candidates: student teaching or internship experience preferred
- Experienced teachers: 2+ years of classroom teaching experience preferred
