Responsibilities
- Guide individuals to take control of their personal finances, reduce financial stress, and create healthy money habits
- Empower people with clarity and actionable steps regarding budgeting, savings strategies, and planning for financial security
- Help clients set clear, achievable financial goals and guide them toward meaningful first steps during consultations
Skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and confident in delivering consultations in English
- BA degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2+ years' experience providing 1:1 consulting, financial advisory, or coaching on personal finance, budgeting, or financial well-being
- Certification in financial planning, budget coaching or WFT (at least Basis and Asset management) (completed or in progress)
- Tech-savvy, with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms and systems
- You have a laptop/computer with Windows 11, OR MacOS Sonoma 14, AND an antivirus turned on in your device
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and open to continuous learning
- A team player who thrives independently and takes ownership of personal and professional growth
- A natural connector: you create a safe, supportive space for clients and act decisively to help them move forward
- You live the 'practice what you preach' mindset, showing integrity and reflection in how you approach both clients and colleagues
- Local certifications, regulated advisory licenses, or financial coaching accreditations (e.g., in the Netherlands: WFT Asset Management under the Financial Supervision Act)
